Two things to know: 1) You now have full access to available shifts and opportunities in the app. 2) With Shiftsmart you get paid for the work you do. We typically send payments twice per week on Fridays (for Mon-Wed shifts) and Tuesdays (for Thu-Sun shifts and for bonuses) by 11:59pm PST. It may take up to 1-3 business days to receive standard payments depending on your bank (for faster payments, try our Instant Pay feature). Questions? Check your email for details.

Paraphrasing, rewording, skipping information, shortening(or lengthening!), and otherwise not sticking to the script. ● Not reading the Monitoring Disclosure, “This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes.” ● Interpreting the script for the respondent by changing the wording is also Falsifying. The script must be read 100% verbatim unless instructed otherwise by a Dynata Supervisor (This will always be communicated to you through messaging in app). If it is necessary to re-read a question or part, the Partner must not paraphrase or reword the script. ● Not recording everything exactly as it is said by the respondent in open-ended questions. Hi Bellus, your project for today is CA CD 22 which is approximately 20 minutes in length. You are collecting completes from Listed First then Any Registered Voter so be sure to ask "Is there another registered voter I can speak with?" Make every contact with the respondent count and make good use of sample on behalf of the client. Jump into your Intro right away and with CONFIDENCE in your voice, no first question hesitation, and be assertive.
